     Crimson Guard Commanders are issued a customized, Crimson Guard Commander's uniform with flexible, steel-sewn padding, bullet-proof chest plate with Cobra insignia and high-tech, multi-vision commander's helmet.  They maintain contact with Cobra Commander and the troops they command through an arm-mounted, high-tech tele-communicator.
