Hasbro really seems to be turning it up a notch with the unique accessories they are including with figures, even the Soldier class ones. While not as large in size or impressive in numbers, the detail and purpose of this gear is very appealing. Kamakura comes with only a few different accessories, but they each provide a very specific purpose and work very well together.

Kamakura's specialty here is quite obviously edged weapons, and I really love the designs of them overall. While his yellow color and spreading wings have earned him the dubious Condorman comparisons (not to mention Silverhawks) but personally, I love them. These wings are very well detailed and intricate. The backpack itself looks great, very angular, very animated, and very effective. The three-peg button system fits perfectly in Kamakura's back and the spring-loaded feature is perfect. The arms swing up smoothly and I really dig the little twin lasers on each wing tip.

Of course, Kamakura's swords also slide perfectly into the wing backpack as well, which looks really cool.

Speaking of his swords... WOW. The handle design is absolutely gorgeous. Very modern, very almost-futuristic, but a terrific design. His blades are sharp and straight and have some great detailing themselves. Love these two swords. They also have the familiar little pegs on them, so they fit in your typical Sigma 6 mount holes even if you don't have the backpack.

Lastly (well, along with the goggles) Kamakura comes with these really, really cool twin "Tessen" hand-blades that look totally vicious. Love how they look and they compliment the figure well, too.

This Kamakura doesn't come with a lot of gear, but the stuff he does come with makes sense, works well together, and is a whole lot of fun to play with. I definitely recommend this figure!
