     Commander of The Bad Guys, Snake has kept his position through constant treachery.  Snake literally crawled through excrement (in an escape from a South American prison) to reach the point where he created The Bad Guys, and he doesn't feel he should ever have to give up his position.  Whether the other members of The Bad Guys have noticed that Snake has kept his position through the convenient battlefield loss and weapon malfunction of other ambitious members of his team has yet to be seen.
