DESCRIPTION: |
Wherever there's a battle, Evaders lead weapons convoys to supply both sides with enough armaments to last a lifetime. Many Iron Grenadier vehicles are designed with speed, range, and offensive firepower in mind. The use of protective armor plating for hardware and personnel has never been a design priority. The Evader is no exception with its low profile and "Black Hood" canopy used to reduce damage during head-on, high-speed charges into enemy forces and wide, open flanks for driver entry and exit.
The Evader originally deployed with the Iron Grenadiers to the United States in 1989. Sometime during the late 1990's, T.A.R.G.A.T. troopers and Evader and Razorback vehicles were mass deployed in India under the Cobra banner. The Evader has not yet been reassigned to any known deployments in the United States. There were rumors of possible Evader deployments to Minneapolis, MN in 2005, but those were later confirmed false with reports and evidence of the new Iron Grenadier Stealth A.G.P.s instead.
