     Each Cobra Squad Leader is in charge of a squad of Cobra Infantry Troopers.  Cobra Squad Leaders are the few among the teeming ranks of troopers that have shown some level of initiative and leadership skills.  Whether through previous experience, personal ambition, or dumb luck, a Cobra Squad Leader has shown himself capable or keeping the stubborn, hostile, and self-centered troopers moderately organized and moving with a purpose, to achieve their objective.
