COBRA Commander isn't known for being a weapons specialist, so the stuff he comes with is meant to make sense given his position of power and how he sees himself. His weapons are mostly ornamental, but also designed for concealment and quick action. Protection is obviously a concentration, but he is also quite able to defend himself. While his assortment of accessories isn't vast, they all provide a nice use to him and I love how they all work within the figure.

As I mentioned, concealment is definitely a theme with the Commander's weapons allotment, as seen here with the sheath for his knife and the back of his shield and the holster on the back of his belt for his pistol. The weapons fit in there very, very well.

His machine gun gauntlets are removable and fit perfectly in the holes on his forearms. They stay snug and look like an extension of his armor and the detailing on the guns themselves is really nice.

His shield and staff are the crowning touches and they also work well, looking nicely regal, but still retaining some vicious functionality as well. The shield protects as well as has some spinning blades all around it, which could potentially offer some nasty offensive capabilities (as well as hiding his knife within).

His "Fang Blade" staff provides a couple of layers of offense, with a nicely hidden missile launching feature as well as some swing-out blades on a nice pivot with the snake head. I was kind of hoping those red blades would be removable so that the staff could just be ornamental, but they are held tight within the mouth of the snake. Still, though, they look pretty neat, sort of like a spitting "venom". They are clearly labelled as blades, though, so they are meant to be striking weapons.

Not a whole lot of weapons, but what he comes with makes perfect sense and compliments the character and figure perfectly. I strongly approve with the gear chosen for this figure and it really makes him shine.
