Born to a wealthy Washington, D.C. family, Falcon grew up training to hunt small game in remote jungles. When he joined up in the military to get the service record his father wanted him to have, Falcon felt natural in the jungle and stuck with it. With his connections to politics through his family's wealth, Phoenix grudgingly tapped "the spoiled brat" on the shoulder as a political tool. Through lobbying and political pressure in the post-9/11 United States government, Falcon helped Phoenix gain funding for a new, multi-national anti-terrorism group code named X-Troop.
Falcon likes to take advantage X-Troop's un-regulated uniform policy and will go out of his way to
mimic a general's uniform whenever possible. This has caused some friction
with real generals such as General Hawk.
