DESCRIPTION:

Penetrating deep behind enemy lines, Cobra troopers in the Ringneck vehicle act as covert scouts, avoiding contact and holding their fire.  They keep Cobra high command updated by sending coded signals transmitted in compressed "flash" format to avoid radio-triangulation detection.  The objective: Downgrade the tactical abilities of the G.I. Joe team by harassment and espionage.

The Ringneck is based on the Engesa EE-9 Cascavel [Rattlesnake] armored reconnaissance vehicle.
