DESCRIPTION:

     With proposed schematics stolen from the United States's Exoskeletons for Human Performance Augmentation (EHPA) program, Dr. Mindbender, in a joint venture with M.A.R.S.*, was able to bio-mechanically engineer a dangerous, new battle system that is essentially an update to the S.N.A.K.E. armor with advanced tactical technology.  While having greatly enhanced maneuverability, greater firepower, and advanced computer systems, the Pulverizer still has not made it into mass production due to the prototype's numerous quirks and uniquely rare parts.  In addition, the only Cobra agent to fully master the Pulverizer has been Ghost Bear.

     The Pulverizer, when piloted by Ghost Bear, increases his load-bearing capacity, accuracy with its heavy weapons, distance and speed he can traverse on foot, and effective length of operation time.
